At Freebird, we want you to glow with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all skincare and beauty products. If a formula isn't the perfect fit for your skin, we'll make it right with a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and prevent any leaks.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
